Data Deletion

You can ask us to delete the data KinderFill holds about you at any time. This page covers both childcare centers using KinderFill and people who connected a Facebook or Instagram account through us.

Connected Facebook or Instagram accounts

If you connected a Facebook Page or Instagram account to KinderFill, the fastest way to delete that connection is to remove the app inside Facebook: Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites → KinderFill → Remove. Facebook notifies us automatically and we delete the stored access tokens and account linkage right away. You'll receive a confirmation code you can check on this page.

Everything else

For any other deletion request — your account, inquiry data a center collected about you, or anything you're not sure about — email support@kinderfill.com from the address associated with the data. We'll confirm receipt within 2 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep specific records (for example, billing history).

Checking a deletion request

If you removed the app via Facebook, the confirmation code shown at the top of this page (or in Facebook's removal dialog) is your receipt. Keep it — quote it in any follow-up email and we can trace exactly what was deleted and when.
